About

The Chicago International Summit on Education brings together academics, researchers, educators, practitioners, and educational leaders from around the world to share research, exchange best practices, and explore innovative approaches to advancing learner success.

Organized by the Ad Astra Research Institute, a nonprofit educational organization, the Summit places a particular emphasis on educational transitions and future-ready learning systems. Its interdisciplinary scope spans PreK–12 education, higher education, college and career readiness, workforce development, and lifelong learning.

Through scholarly presentations, best-practice sessions, and interactive workshops, the Summit connects research with practice and provides an international forum for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and meaningful dialogue on the future of education.

World Future Forum 2021 was reimagined for a virtual audience and brought together secondary and post-secondary educators, administrators, academics, and other professionals to enrich their knowledge of student success in preparing students for today’s job market and workforce.

This two-day live, online conference on April 22-23, 2021 was viewed through the conference platform, Whova, and hosted a series of sessions and panel discussions on an ideal vision on K-16 education and beyond with topics such as Teacher Education, Remote/Distance Learning, Curriculum Instruction and Assessment, Community Partnerships, Student Support Services, School Culture, Access for All, and Student Mental Health.

World Future Forum 2019

World Future Forum 2019 is an international conference that provided a platform for research and discussions of excellence in high school and the transition into higher education and career paths. Situated in Chicago, World Future Forum brought together a diverse group of secondary and post-secondary educators, administrators, academics, and other professionals and enriched their knowledge of preparing students for today’s job market and workforce. World Future Forum 2019 took place on April 25 - 26, 2019 at the Palmer House Hilton.
