We invite you to become a part of our dedicated mission for success as a valued sponsor at our international conference in Chicago, IL on Friday, June 6, 2025.

All sponsorships include:

Sponsor advertising in the conference program
Sponsor logo and website link on the conference website
Complimentary registration for sponsor employees

The annual Chicago International Summit on Education conference will brings together K-16 educators and professionals from all around the country and world to teach one another to empower and educate our students to succeed.

We invite you to choose from the many different sponsorship opportunities listed below to boost your brand recognition and show your support for K-16 educators.

Platinum Sponsorship – $3,000

For your sizable donation to the Summit, your sponsorship will include many chances to have your brand recognized:

Your name/logo displayed on the conference banner*
Your name/logo displayed on screens in the banquet room during breakfast and lunch
One (1) full-page advertisement in the full-color conference program*
Your logo and website link on the sponsor page of the Summit website

This sponsorship also includes other opportunities for your brand to shine:

Complimentary conference registration for three (3) of your employees
Directly advertise to attendees with promotional materials in conference bags**
Show off your products and/or services with a vendor table

Gold Sponsorship – $2,500

Summit offers its Gold Sponsors several opportunities to advertise:

Your name/logo displayed on screens in the banquet room during breakfast and lunch
A (¾) three-quarter page advertisement in the full-color conference program*
Your logo and website link on the sponsor page of the Summit website
Complimentary conference registration for two (2) of your employees
Show off your products and/or services with a vendor table

Silver Sponsorship – $2,000

For contributions from Silver Sponsors, the Summit extends the following benefits:

Your name/logo displayed on screens in banquet room during breakfast and lunch
A (½) half-page advertisement in the full-color conference program*
Your logo and website link on the sponsor page of the Summit website
Complimentary conference registration for one (1) of your employees

Bronze Sponsorship – $1,000

Any and all contributions to the Summit are appreciated. Bronze Sponsors receive these perks:

A quarter (¼) page advertisement in the full-color conference program*
Your logo and website link on the sponsor page of the Summit website
Complimentary conference registration for one (1) of your employees

Exhibitor Rates: Vendor Table – $500

If you would like to attend the Summit as an exhibitor instead of or in addition to a sponsorship, the table fee is $500 for the one-day conference.

This price includes:

One (1) 6×3 foot table
Two (2) chairs
One (1) electric outlet
One (1) complimentary registration for a representative manning the booth.

Special Options:

In addition to the above sponsorship opportunities, we have a few special options to show your support for the Summit. You can add special options to your existing sponsorship or vendor option or select them as individual options.

Coffee/Refreshment Breaks*- $1,000 - Sponsor the refreshment breaks for the conference attendees to keep them going strong all day. We will provide signage to display your company/organization as the break sponsor. (Artwork due by August 13, 2024)
Conference Bag Inserts**- $1,000 - Each attendees will receive a bag filled with promotional items at the registration table. One of your products or marketing materials could stand out in this conference bag of treasures.(Promotional materials due by August 28, 2024)
Conference Badge Holder**- $1,000 - Your company/organization’s name will have great exposure on the badge holder of each attendee during the conference. (Artwork due by August 28, 2024)
