The Chicago International Summit on Education 2027 invites organizations, institutions, companies, and community partners to support an international gathering of researchers, educators, practitioners, administrators, and educational leaders.

The Summit will take place June 3–4, 2027, in Chicago, Illinois, bringing together participants to exchange research, best practices, and innovative approaches that advance educational transitions and resilient, future-ready learning systems.

Sponsorship provides an opportunity to demonstrate your organization's commitment to education while connecting with professionals working across PreK–12 education, higher education, college and career readiness, workforce development, and lifelong learning.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum Sponsor — $3,000

Platinum sponsorship includes:

Sponsor name/logo displayed on the conference banner
Sponsor recognition on conference display screens
One full-page advertisement in the conference program booklet
Sponsor logo and website link on the Summit website
Three complimentary conference registrations
Opportunity to provide approved promotional materials for conference attendee bags
One complimentary exhibitor table

Gold Sponsor — $2,500

Gold sponsorship includes:

Sponsor recognition on conference display screens
One three-quarter-page advertisement in the conference program booklet
Sponsor logo and website link on the Summit website
Two complimentary conference registrations
One complimentary exhibitor table

Silver Sponsors – $2,000

Silver sponsorship includes:

Sponsor recognition on conference display screens
One half-page advertisement in the conference program booklet
Sponsor logo and website link on the Summit website
One complimentary conference registration

Bronze Sponsor – $1,000

Bronze sponsorship includes:

One quarter-page advertisement in the conference program booklet
Sponsor logo and website link on the Summit website
One complimentary conference registration

Exhibitor Opportunity

Exhibitor Table — $500

Organizations interested in connecting directly with Summit participants may reserve an exhibitor table independently or in addition to a sponsorship package.

The exhibitor package includes:

One exhibitor table
Two chairs
Access to one electrical outlet, upon request and subject to venue availability
One complimentary conference registration for an exhibitor representative

Exhibitor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Organizations may also select one of the following opportunities independently or add it to an existing sponsorship or exhibitor package.

Coffee & Refreshment Break Sponsor — $1,000

Support conference coffee and refreshment breaks. Sponsor recognition will be displayed in the refreshment area during sponsored breaks.

Conference Bag Insert — $1,000

Provide an approved promotional item or printed material for inclusion in conference attendee bags.

Sponsors are responsible for producing and delivering the required quantity of materials by the established deadline.

Conference Badge Holder Sponsor — $1,000

Receive organization recognition associated with conference attendee badge holders, providing visibility throughout the Summit.

Specifications and artwork requirements will be provided following confirmation of sponsorship.

Important Deadlines

To ensure inclusion in printed conference materials, sponsor logos, advertisements, and other required artwork must be received by May 6, 2027.

Conference bag inserts and other physical promotional materials must be received by May 13, 2027.

Detailed specifications and delivery instructions will be provided to confirmed sponsors.
