Biography

Omnia Elsakran is a Ph.D. candidate in English and a sessional instructor at the University of Waterloo, Canada. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature (with a Minor in Translation Studies) and an MA in Teaching English. She is the recipient of the Provost Doctoral Entrance Award and has completed the Fundamentals of University Teaching Program at the Centre for Teaching Excellence. She brings extensive instructional expertise that complements her academic and professional training.
