Biography

Dr. Larry J. Walker is an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator in the Department of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at the University of Central Florida. Previously, he has held faculty appointments at Loyola University Maryland and Howard University. Dr. Walker’s research focuses on leadership, policy, and racism. Additionally, he served as the Legislative Director for former Congressman Major R. Owens and was selected as a Congressional Fellow with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF).
