Biography
Feygens Saint-Joy Jr. is a futurist, global marketing consultant, and AI strategist operating at the intersection of marketing, data, and emotional intelligence. He is the Founder and Chief AI & Emotional Intelligence Strategist at Joytelligence, where he advances human-centered innovation by integrating artificial intelligence with emotional intelligence to drive meaningful impact. He is also the Principal Consultant of Brand Joy, LLC, leading global marketing strategy initiatives, and serves as a Marketing Analytics Leader at Community Joy, LLC, where he applies data-driven insights to community-focused solutions.
With over 30 years of professional marketing experience, Feygens brings both practitioner depth and academic rigor to his work. He is a Generative AI Specialist for Educators, with certifications from Harvard Business School, Google, and Vanderbilt University, and is actively shaping how AI is integrated into higher education and marketing practice.
Feygens serves as an MBA Professor at Monroe University, where he teaches Strategic Marketing, AI, and Data Innovations. He is also an Associate Adjunct Professor of Digital Marketing at the City College of New York (CUNY) and an Adjunct Lecturer in Integrated Marketing Communications at Queensborough Community College (CUNY). His leadership in AI adoption includes serving as AI Committee Leader for the Advertising and Public Relations Program at City College of New York and as AI Committee Leader and Faculty Workshop Designer for the School of Business and School of IT at Monroe University.
In addition to his teaching and industry work, Feygens contributes to academic governance and innovation as a Faculty Senate Committee Member, representing Media and Communications Arts on the Educational Policy Committee at the City College of New York.
He further supports the next generation of marketing professionals as an Advisory Board Member for the Marketing Communications Program at Berkeley College.
Feygens holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Branding and Integrated Communications. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Marketing at Pace University, where his research focuses on the evolving role of AI, strategy, and consumer behavior in modern marketing systems.
