Important Deadlines

  • Abstract submission → The Summit 2025 accepts applications on a rolling basis (Submissions before December 20, 2024 recommended)

  • Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection → Authors will be notified of their status within two weeks of submission. All submissions are double-blind peer reviewed.

  • Registration & Paper submission deadline for authors/presenters → February 28, 2025

  • Presentation submission deadline for authors/presenters → May 15, 2025

  • Registration deadline for attendees:

    •           Early Bird Registration → February 28, 2025

    •           Regular Registration → May 20, 2025

    •           Late Registration → June 3, 2025

  • Conference date → June 6, 2025

Conference Fees

 - Early Registration (ends on February 28) → $175*
- Regular Registration (ends on May 20) → $225
- Late Registration (ends on June 3) → $275

*Early registration fee will always apply to the conference presenters/authors and students.

Cancellation / Refund Policy 

  • Registrations canceled more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.

  • Registrations canceled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
