Important Deadlines for AUTHORS / PRESENTERS

Abstract submission → The regular submission deadline has passed. Abstracts will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis, subject to limited presentation availability.

Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection → Authors will be notified of their status within two weeks of submission. All submissions are double-blind peer reviewed by the Review Board.

Registration deadline for authors/presenters → Within two weeks of receiving the official acceptance notification.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Registrations canceled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.

Registrations canceled more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

Registrations canceled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
