Dr. Bahman Ghorashi - Biography
Dr. Ghorashi is a Professor of Chemical Engineering and former Provost and Vice
President for Academic Affairs at Tennessee Technological University. Prior to that, he
served as Executive Director of Fenn Academy and Fenn Research and Development
Institute and Dean of Engineering and Professor of Chemical and Biomedical
Engineering at Cleveland State University. He is the author of “How to Become an
Exceptionally Successful Young Person” and his latest non-technical book: “My
Grandmother’s House” was recently published.
He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from The Ohio State University and his B.S.
degree from Wayne State University. He holds a management and leadership in
education (MLE) certificate from Harvard University.
