Abstract submission →  The Summit 2025 accepts applications on a rolling basis (Submissions before December 20, 2024 recommended)

Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection → Authors will be notified of their status within two weeks of submission. All submissions are double-blind peer reviewed.

Registration & Paper submission deadline for authors/presenters → February 28, 2025

Presentation submission deadline for authors/presenters → May 15, 2025

Registration deadline for attendees:

          Early Bird Registration → February 28, 2025

          Regular Registration → May 20, 2025

          Late Registration → June 3, 2025

Conference date → June 6, 2025
